HR Strateg with a Focus on Competence Supply

Your New Job

In the role of HR Strateg with a focus on competence supply, you will work with the strategic efforts of the education administration to meet today’s and tomorrow’s needs.

You will create conditions for our operations to have the right competence – both in the short and long term. We are currently in a process of developing a long-term competence supply plan, a task in which you will play a key role!

Through collaboration and cooperation, primarily within our administration but also across the municipal group, you will lead and coordinate initiatives that prepare the organization for a world in constant change.

This means:

  • Identifying the competence needs of our operations
  • Anchoring and driving strategic initiatives through collaboration with management teams, trade unions, colleagues in HR, universities, SKR, and other labor market actors
  • Leading development through your own projects and in the role of team leader for the competence supply team

In the education administration, we have about 5500 employees, including 200 managers, from preschool to adult education. Your ability to build relationships and create common solutions is crucial. Here, engagement, communication, and initiative are required to support our overarching goals.

You will be placed in the HR department within the education administration and work closely with colleagues who are HR strategists, HR controllers, HR consultants, HR administrators, and staffing centers. You will report to the HR manager and be part of our HR management group along with the HR manager, unit manager, and another HR strategist. Together, we create clear direction for the HR department's support to our operations.

We have two teams, one focusing on work environment and the other on competence supply, where you will also have an important role as team leader. Here, you will have the opportunity to lead a group of engaged HR consultants and drive the work in competence supply matters forward!

Your Competence

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education, for example in HR, organizational development, or behavioral science. What’s important is that in addition to a relevant degree, you have the knowledge and experience that make you confident in working strategically and operationally with competence supply.

You have experience in leading and developing strategic processes and are solution-oriented with the ability to translate long-term visions into concrete results. You build trusting relationships and create engagement at all levels of the organization.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in project management and strategic HR work
  • The ability to analyze needs and make decisions based on facts
  • Experience in giving presentations and the ability to communicate clearly
  • An interest in digitization and development within the HR field
  • The ability to contribute to wage formation based on your knowledge of competence supply
