We are now looking for eight employees for Övertorneå Municipality's new Flexipool – primarily in healthcare and social services, but also with opportunities for assignments within the child and education administration.

About the Assignment

Do you want to make everyday life better for citizens in Övertorneå? Do you want the opportunity to work in several workplaces and meet many wonderful colleagues and citizens? As part of our Flexipool, you are an important resource that supports various workplaces within the municipality as needed. This may involve working in nursing homes, social services/LSS, home care, preschools, or schools.

You will have a varied everyday life where no day is the same – while also having the chance to develop, make new contacts, and contribute to operations that truly make a difference for people. Workplaces and working hours vary depending on the needs of the operations.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have completed the healthcare and social services program or have other equivalent education or experience, alternatively have a caregiver education. Other qualifications that involve working with people, such as social pedagogue, leisure pedagogue, or similar, are also meritorious.

Working in the Flexipool requires the ability to adapt to new work situations, take responsibility, and initiate actions based on your professional role and within given frameworks. The work requires great flexibility, and we place significant emphasis on your personal suitability and ability to work with others.

However, the most important thing is that you want to contribute to a meaningful existence for the individuals our operations serve.

To thrive in the job, you need to have a flexible, curious, and open attitude towards working in an environment where needs can vary from day to day.

You must be able to communicate in spoken and written Swedish, which is our working language, to perform digital documentation. Experience working with digital tools is therefore an advantage.

A B driver's license is a requirement for employment.

You must be at least 18 years old.

Employment

The positions are located at the HR unit, administered by the staffing function. You will receive an introduction.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Day/evening/weekend shifts. In addition to a monthly salary, a salary supplement will be added. A probationary period may be applied.
