We are looking for

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant/caregiver education. It is an advantage if you have training focused on psychiatric care and previous experience in psychiatry, but it is not a requirement.

We place great importance on personal qualities. We prefer that you are service-oriented, proactive, flexible, clear, and have a holistic view of your work. You have good collaboration skills and see the benefits of working with others and can view the organization from a holistic perspective.

This is what you will work with

As a therapist in psychiatric outpatient care, you will have a very varied and rewarding job. Your work will be both individual and in teams, collaborating with relatives, authorities, and close cooperation with care neighbors and other psychiatric services is part of the job. You will work with social investigations and psychosocial treatment, among other things. You will also receive training, both internally and externally, on relevant psychiatric conditions.
