We Offer:
Piteå municipality is looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse for an urgent assignment within home care.
Assignment Information:
- Period: January 29 – March 1, 2026 (weeks 5–9)
- Scope: 100% (at least 80% availability required)
- Location: Home Care, Modigsgränd 5, Piteå
Working Hours:
- Day: 07:00–17:00 (8 hours)
- Evening: 12:00–20:30 or 13:00–21:30
- Weekend: 13:00–21:30
Job Responsibilities:
Health and medical care at home at the primary care level, including planned and unplanned interventions. Assessments and consultations via phone and home visits. On-call service during weekends.
Requirements:
- Licensed nurse or district nurse
- Driving license B
- Updated CV and two written references
- Criminal record extract
Meritorious:
- Experience in home care
- Knowledge of the Combine journal system
- Previous work within Piteå municipality or municipal home care
