Together we develop the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry's inpatient care at ward 40 D. We are now looking for you who want to be a part of our team and contribute to developing person-centered care and treatment for children and young people. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with evidence-based guidelines and care programs. We have a regional assignment with 6 care places and operate according to the Health and Medical Services Act and the Act on Psychiatric Coercion.
We are looking for
We are now looking for you who are a caregiver, nursing assistant, or trained auxiliary nurse. You speak good Swedish and can communicate well in both speech and writing, but you are also welcome to have knowledge of other languages. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in child or adult psychiatry or have previous experience working with children. We also prefer that you have knowledge of Cosmic.

This is what you will work with
As a caregiver/auxiliary nurse with us, you play an important role in psychiatric care. You will be part of a team with several professional categories where you, as a caregiver, have a central and important role. You will work with psychiatric care, supportive conversations, psychoeducation, conduct sampling, monitor vital parameters, perform supervision, and work with documentation in Cosmic. You will also have close collaboration with guardians. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining a good working environment in the care unit. Your attitude and efforts are crucial for the operation to be characterized by calmness, security, good care, and nursing according to HSL and LPT.

Information about the position
We now offer a summer temporary position full-time from 1/5-2026 to 1/9-2026 or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening/weekend or night. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
The position is within pediatric care: We apply for a background check before the employment decision according to the provisions of the Act (2013:852) on background checks of persons who will work with children.
The position is within psychiatry: Due to the nature of the operation and safety requirements, applicants to our operation must be prepared to provide an extract from the criminal record.
