We are looking for a trained district nurse or nurse to join our team at Vårdcentralen Sländan in Ljungby with a branch in Lidhult, and help shape the future of healthcare! Here, you will work with dedicated colleagues to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care and feel safe and trusted. Our team consists of district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, district and training doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial resources. We work in two interdisciplinary teams to create continuity and high accessibility for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a varied and stimulating job with patients of all ages, where no two days are alike. Through your work at the clinic and with telephone advice, you will engage in both preventive healthcare and meet adults and children with more acute issues in various life situations. Here, you have the opportunity to develop in your professional role alongside experienced and competent colleagues.

As a district nurse/nurse in primary care, you will also be required to staff the emergency doctor center for some evening or weekend shifts each month. You will receive special introduction to the emergency doctor center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in primary care. We seek someone who is proactive, easy to collaborate with, and contributes to our positive work environment. You enjoy working independently but also like to collaborate in our interdisciplinary teams.

At work, you are flexible and have a good ability to handle changes that may arise during a workday. You work to provide patients with the best possible care and find solutions to emerging obstacles. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills are necessary.
