Nursing Assistant for Ward 45

Ward 45, specializing in hematology/infection, is now seeking a nursing assistant.

As a nursing assistant on our ward, you will encounter patients with hematological diseases as well as patients with infectious diseases. The majority of patients are admitted acutely, and we have a wide variety of lengths of stay, diagnoses, treatments, and ages. Many of our patients have a complicated care trajectory with an acute onset of illness that requires rapid and adequate care.

About the Position

The position involves working as a nursing assistant on Ward 45, where you will collaborate closely with competent colleagues from various professional groups such as nurses, social workers, secretaries, and doctors. We offer a job with varied tasks, and you will constantly face new challenges. Together with us, you will gain broad and deep competence in caring for patients with hematological diseases. Ward 45 and Ward 27 have a close collaboration, and we see it as natural that one can work in both wards.

Qualifications

Trained nursing assistant with a background in hospital care. Experience in hematology and emergency care is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure in their professional role. Since we work in teams, there are high demands on collaboration skills, holistic view, and flexibility. You are engaged and have a desire to develop within your profession. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The position is permanent. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.
