Do you want a central role where you can combine planning, problem-solving, and leadership in a fast-paced environment? We are now looking for a Team Leader for our Traffic Department. The position is daytime, Monday to Friday, and is suitable for those who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy having an overview.

About the role

As a team leader, you will lead and support our drivers during loading.

You will be an operational support for our traffic managers and our drivers on the road.

You will maintain ongoing contact with drivers, the terminal, and colleagues, contributing to a smooth flow throughout the transport chain. An important part of the job is to build trust, provide clear information, and ensure that work is conducted according to applicable regulations and internal procedures.

This is what you will do

• Plan and lead the daily loading to ensure goods are delivered efficiently and on time
• Optimize cargo during loading
• Be the natural point of contact for both drivers, the terminal, and traffic managers
• Handle changes, deviations, and urgent situations
• Support and guide drivers in their daily work
• Administer and update assignments in our transport and planning systems

Qualifications

· High school diploma

· Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

· B driver's license

Meritorious

· Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite

· Knowledge of load securing

· Forklift license
