GLC is looking for a responsible and well-organized team leader for our terminal in Fiskhamnen.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
We are seeking someone with experience in logistics, warehousing, or terminal operations who is ready to lead a small team (2-5 people depending on the day of the week) and ensure smooth daily processes.
Job responsibilities:
• Receive incoming chilled and frozen goods – check quantities, documentation, quality, and temperature.
• Coordinate all activities related to the receipt and handling of goods.
• Oversee outgoing goods and manage loading of trucks.
• Handle daily operational issues at the terminal.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure that safety regulations, hygiene standards, and work procedures are followed.
Leadership experience and forklift certification A1-A4 B1-B4 are advantageous.
We are looking for the following competencies:
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Responsible and independent.
· Good computer skills: Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
