As the Aftermarket Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our aftermarket business, including spare parts, logistics, digital services, and modernization and retrofit solutions. You will be part of our management team and report directly to the CEO. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational work and evolves from a more inventory and flow focus to a clear commercial mission, focusing on pricing, profitability, marketing activities, and strategic improvement work. You will have personnel responsibility for two employees, with the opportunity to build and develop the team over time. The position is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the entire aftermarket portfolio: spare parts, digital services, and retrofit solutions
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and conduct margin and competitive analyses
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and take action to drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure efficient inventory flows, optimal inventory levels, and high data quality in the business system
• Drive improvement and digitization initiatives, including ERP-related processes
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop the offering
• Collaborate closely with the service and sales organization as well as external service partners
• Coach and develop the team and contribute with empathetic, clear, and present leadership

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in aftermarket, preferably within automotive, transport, HVAC, or technical service
• Good business understanding and experience in analysis, follow-up, and improvement work
• High school diploma (higher education is a merit but not a requirement)
• Is system-savvy, preferably with experience in ERP systems and good knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B (C driving license is a merit)
• Previous personnel responsibility or project management roles
