Senior Traffic Manager – Agricultural Transport

Location: Vänersborg (preferred choice) or Gothenburg Start date: As soon as possible

We are now looking for a senior traffic manager responsible for agricultural transport for our operations. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for transport within the regions Värmland, Västra Götaland, Halland, Skåne, and Småland – a complex and responsible area where your expertise truly makes a difference.

About the role

As a senior traffic manager, you will work with planning, coordination, and follow-up of agricultural transport. The role requires a high degree of independence, good structure, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic everyday environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within the organization, but you will not have anyone in your immediate vicinity with exactly the same role, which requires you to be self-driven and confident in your responsibilities.

The regular working hours are 07:00–16:00, but the position requires flexibility and an understanding that the work may periodically require extra efforts.

We would like you to have:

• Agricultural knowledge, preferably with a focus on transport

• Experience and knowledge regarding the handling of sewage sludge (meritorious)

• Previous experience as a driver (strongly meritorious)

Requirements: * You have worked in a similar position for at least 5 years.
