Do you want a central role where you can combine planning, problem-solving, and leadership in a fast-paced environment? We are now looking for a Traffic Manager for our Traffic Department. The position is daytime, Monday to Friday, and is suitable for you who thrive when things are happening and enjoy having an overview.

About the role

As a traffic manager, you are the spider in the web of daily operations. You plan and coordinate transports, ensure that the right goods arrive on time, and provide operational support for our drivers out on the roads. The role is both structured and dynamic – you work with foresight but also need to be able to act quickly when circumstances change.

You will have ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and colleagues, contributing to creating a smooth flow throughout the transport chain. An important part of the job is to build trust, provide clear information, and ensure that operations are conducted according to applicable regulations and internal procedures.

This is what you will do

• Plan and lead daily traffic to ensure goods are delivered efficiently and on time
• Optimize the use of vehicles and resources
• Be the natural point of contact for both drivers and customers
• Handle changes, deviations, and urgent situations
• Support and guide drivers in their daily work
• Administer and update assignments in our transport and planning systems

Who we believe you are

You have experience in traffic management, transport planning, or a similar role within transportation or logistics. You are confident in your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility, and find it easy to communicate with different types of people. When the pace is high, you remain calm, prioritize correctly, and make decisions that drive the business forward.

Qualifications

· High school diploma

· Experience in traffic management

· Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite

· Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

· Knowledge of YKB, driving and rest times, and regulations for professional transport

· At least a B driver's license

We consider it an advantage if you have a higher vocational education in transport, logistics, or traffic management.
