Holsby Metall AB is a well-established industrial company with strong market positions in the automotive, hydraulics, telecom, and construction industries. We manufacture durable components in hot-pressed aluminum and brass, as well as extruded aluminum. The company has a turnover of approximately 300 million SEK and employs around 110 people with operations in Vetlanda and Holsbybrunn.

We are now looking for a robot operator for our night shift at our High Precision Center (HPC) in Holsbybrunn – a high-tech production environment where we manufacture components with very high quality requirements and tight tolerances. Here we work with modern automation, advanced CNC machines, and robotic cells in close collaboration between technology, production, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of robot operator in the HPC hall, you will work with advanced and precise manufacturing. Your main tasks will include:

• Operation and monitoring of robotic cells
• Manual and automatic operation of CNC machines
• Inspection, measurement, and quality control of components with high tolerance requirements
• Packing and handling of finished products
• Daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines and equipment
• Assembly of components according to drawings and instructions
• Active participation in improvement and quality work

Qualifications

For this position, previous experience in similar work within industrial manufacturing with high quality requirements is required. We prefer that you have:

• CNC training and/or industrial high school education or equivalent
• Experience in CNC-controlled production, preferably with robotic automation
• Good familiarity with measuring instruments and reading technical drawings
• Understanding of tolerances, quality, and process control
