JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Service Technician in fire and safety, you will belong to a competent team and work broadly with service assignments, commissioning, and programming. The tasks are varied, and the role involves significant customer contact, where you manage the entire chain from the first contact to reporting the work. The work is mobile and alternates between visits to customers and your office. Geographically, customers are located in Jönköping and surrounding areas.

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Schneider Electric's own product Esmi-FDP/FX and Security Expert.
  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of security systems, e.g., RCO, Aptus, Assa Arx, Honeywell Galaxy, DSC Power/Neo.
  • Advising and further developing customer relationships.
  • Troubleshooting and corrective service.
  • Performing contractual service.
  • Technical support.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has an electrical engineering education at the high school or university level, or you work in electrical, telecommunications, network technology, or another technical field, for example as a technician or engineer.
  • Has experience in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting fire and security systems.
  • Has good technical understanding and experience in service and customer contact.
  • Express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B).

It is advantageous if you have experience with Schneider Electric's own product Esmi-FDP/FX.
