We are looking for machine operators for work in a modern production environment where much of the manufacturing is done with the help of machines and robots. The tasks also include manual testing and documentation. Documentation of all manufacturing is done in writing in Swedish, therefore good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement.

• Monitor and operate machines and robotic cells in the production line according to work orders and procedures.

• Perform manual tests and functional tests of products and document results in specified systems and protocols.

• Carefully follow production and quality documentation and ensure traceability in the manufacturing process.

• Conduct daily inspections, minor adjustments, and preventive maintenance on machines, as well as report deviations and errors.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure delivery, quality, and efficient production setup.

• Participate in improvement work and contribute suggestions to increase efficiency and safety in production.

• Preferably experience in a production environment where machines and robots are used, or equivalent technical experience.

• Good ability to document work processes and results in Swedish; written skills in Swedish are a requirement.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, procedures, and work orders.

• Basic understanding of the function of machines and robots as well as safety regulations in production.

• Experience working in teams and communicating clearly about production and deviations.

Meritorious: technical knowledge in machine and robot operation and a valid forklift license A-B2.

You are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work in a structured manner, enjoy both mechanical and manual handling, and actively contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

The position is full-time. Working hours are 2-shift, either permanent morning shift or permanent afternoon shift as agreed. Night shifts may also be relevant. The initial employment form may be temporary with the possibility of transitioning to the customer for the right candidate.
