Key Parts of Your Role

The role is practical and varied, combining technology, mechanics, service, and customer contact. You will have close dialogue with customers where service attitude and solution focus are crucial, and where you clearly see the value of your work in creating satisfied customers and contributing to a good workplace.

Internally, you are a team player who contributes collegially and believes that collaboration is the key to mutual development. For the right person, the role of maintenance and service mechanic can develop and allow for more responsibilities. Our client is a smaller company that services a larger group in the construction industry with equipment.

Troubleshooting, service, and repair of rental machines, e.g.:

• Telehandlers, Wheel Loaders
• Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Scaffolding
• Electric/Diesel Trucks
• Compressors, Generators
• Handheld Machines (drills, saws, grinders)
• Replacement of wear parts, hydraulic hoses, filters, and components
• Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical work

Preventive Maintenance

• Regular service
• Function checks and safety inspections
• Test runs before and after rental
• Ensure that machines meet legal requirements and safety standards

Documentation & Order

• Document completed work
• Label and register machines
• Report faults, damages, and wear
• Contribute to order and structure in the workshop and machine park

If We May Wish

• Driving license B
• Education as a vehicle mechanic (passenger car or heavy vehicle), or practical experience in mechanics

Is This You?

You have an interest in mechanics and enjoy working with machines. Perhaps you are self-taught and want to use your practical skills in a role where problem-solving is the focus. You are ready to take the next step and also work with purchasing spare parts and, in the long run, contribute to project planning.

We believe you are handy, solution-oriented, and appreciate variety in your tasks. You thrive in a smaller organization where collaboration, close dialogue, and strong relationships with colleagues are a natural part of everyday life.
