Care Assistants for Resource Team in Elderly and Care Administration

In the autumn of 2025, we began building a resource team to ensure that there is flexible and available staff during short-term absences within the elderly and care administration. We are now further investing in this team and strengthening it with even more care assistants!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant in the resource team, you will be offered a permanent position and work as a short-term and long-term substitute in several different operations. You and your colleagues will be divided into different work areas within the focuses of home care, care and nursing homes, group homes/service homes, short-term care for children and young people, personal assistance, and daily activities. Our ambition is for you to become a familiar face in the organization, where staff and clients feel secure knowing you are experienced and competent in your role as a care assistant.

In your role as a care assistant, you will support individuals in personal care such as body care, eating, moving, and communicating. You will perform health and medical tasks on delegation and observe and report changes in the client's health to the responsible nurse. You will also participate in daily chores, activities, and other social interactions with the care recipients.

Even if you primarily work in a specific area, you may also need to cover absences in other work groups throughout the elderly and care administration as needed.

The positions currently advertised are 5, and the work involves an irregular schedule with shifts scheduled for day/evening/night. You will work a full-time measure of 35 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for a position in the resource team, we primarily seek individuals with a recognized care education and preferably with a protected professional title for care assistants. Alternatively, you may have other education that the employer deems suitable, such as a child and leisure program.

We prefer that you have experience in both elderly care and support for individuals with disabilities and possess good care knowledge. You are also accustomed to working with low-arousal responses, and if you have knowledge of alternative communication methods, it is an advantage.

The work places high demands on flexibility in your daily work, both regarding working hours and being prepared to change shifts at short notice.

We are looking for someone with high social competence and a calm demeanor. You should be attentive, stress-resistant, and able to work both independently and in a team. You are a calm person with great patience and enjoy varied tasks.

A valid driver's license and access to a car are required to reach the unit from which your workday starts.

A six-month probationary period applies.
