Kvinna Stockholm is a provider of gynecological specialist care and maternal care. We operate on behalf of Region Stockholm.

We are located in central Sollentuna.

Job Responsibilities:

As a nursing assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for managing bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, as well as registering patients for doctor visits. As part of your responsibilities, you will also handle orders. Additionally, you will book interpreters for patients as needed, manage cases via 1177, and ensure that the reception is always in top condition.

Qualifications:

• Experience with the Take Care journal system is a requirement.

• Nursing assistant education is a requirement.

• Experienced in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, can plan effectively, and work in a structured manner. You take responsibility for your work and can work both independently and as part of a team.

• Quality-conscious, risk-aware, and responsible.

• Communicative, attentive, and good at working with others.

• Service-oriented, has a professional demeanor, and always puts the patient first.

• Previous experience in gynecology is an advantage.
