Temporary Position at BVC!
Are you a district nurse/ pediatric nurse looking to help launch an expanded home visit program?
At Valsta Child Health Center, three nurses have been working since early autumn.
Our BVC is part of Valsta Health Center with 20 employees. We now need a temporary worker to assist in the launch of the Expanded Home Visit Program that we will start in 2026.
The BVC clinics in Sigtuna municipality have a close collaboration with each other. We cooperate with the transcultural center, Malinamottagningen, and other key stakeholders.

We are located in Sigtuna municipality, and both commuter trains and SJ trains go to Märsta. It takes about 30 minutes from Stockholm Central and 20 minutes from Uppsala to Märsta station. You can read more about us at Valsta BVC.

Qualifications
You are a trained nurse with a specialist education in Pediatric Care or District Care. Previous experience in BHV is an advantage.
Driving license B.
Employment Form:
Temporary employment. Full-time 100%. Part-time can be discussed. Start date according to agreement.

Additional Information:

- Background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
