With around-the-clock readiness, clinics across the country, and unique knowledge of animal health, we contribute to healthier animals and a safer life. As district veterinarians, we work on behalf of individuals, companies, and authorities. We offer community-supporting services for emergency veterinary care, infection control, and preventive measures for good animal health. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for a driven veterinary nurse or animal caretaker for our clinic in Rimbo.
Your main responsibilities as a veterinary nurse/animal caretaker will involve customer contacts, such as appointment bookings, customer phone calls, Facebook posts, and customer emails. In addition, practical tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning, laundry, cash handling, feed sales, and assistance at our clinic are included.
You will work as part of our team alongside veterinarians to drive and develop our operations. Our everyday work is varied and diverse, where no day is like the other, which means it is important that we work together to create the best possible conditions for both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will also include participating in inventory and compiling the inventory, which occurs twice a year.
We work without prestige, have a learning culture, and see knowledge exchange as a given. As part of our team, you will work in an environment where we support each other and work towards common goals. We strive for a work culture where everyone feels involved and appreciated. Together, we work to develop both the organization and ourselves - while having fun along the way!
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to both veterinary care and administrative work. To fit the role, you should be used to independently planning, structuring, and prioritizing work according to the needs of the organization. Both internal and external communication is an important part as you will have a coordinating role. You thrive in an environment where no day is the same and with work that is often event-driven. We want you to have a strong ability to provide good service and to build and maintain customer relationships as well as relationships with colleagues. We place great importance on computer skills, administrative efficiency, good collaboration skills, and personal suitability.
We would like you to have previous experience in administrative work, preferably within veterinary care or another healthcare area. A driving license (B) is a requirement as you will need to drive our service vehicles in the role.
Familiarity with the District Veterinarians is an advantage.
Warm welcome with your application!
