Lövgärdet's care and nursing home is a residence with a high level of comfort and a rich variety of activities located near forests and lakes. There is a great diversity among both residents and staff, including two Finnish-speaking units, one focused on dementia care and one for general care and support. We are looking for four nursing assistants – two for our somatic focus and two for dementia care. With us, you make a real difference every day. You see the strengths in each resident and help them utilize their own resources. With your commitment, warmth, and professionalism, you contribute to making everyday life safe, active, and filled with quality of life in their own home at our care and nursing home.

Your tasks include everything from personal care, support during meals, encouragement, and assistance in social activities, as well as collaboration with relatives. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed staff. You will also be a contact person who helps the resident articulate their needs and wishes.

Your working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced.
• Has previous experience working in care and support.
• Has good computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing to communicate effectively with others.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Further education in care and support
• Finnish language skills

In your role, you meet many people, which requires you to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. You should be respectful, open in your meetings, and always have the residents' best interests in focus. The workday can sometimes turn out differently than planned because you work with people, so you maintain calm, balance different demands, and prioritize your tasks.
