About the role

We are now looking for a purchaser for our Nordic purchasing organization, located at our new production unit Nobia Park in Jönköping. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flows into our factories and maintaining optimal inventory levels through planning of purchase orders and proactive follow-up of supplier performance.

We work in the latest version of SAP as support. In close collaboration with purchasers at our other Nordic units, we work as a team and support each other.”

Your main responsibilities

  • Plan for inventory optimization and material purchases with a focus on total cost and service level

  • Create and manage purchase orders according to applicable agreements

  • Work closely with both local and regional logistics organizations

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders related to material purchases

  • Contribute to developing supplier collaboration together with our strategic purchasing function

  • Work proactively to ensure agreed delivery performance from suppliers

Location: Nobia Park, Jönköping. We offer a hybrid work solution where there is an opportunity to work remotely one day a week, depending on business needs.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A university degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

  • Experience working in a production environment and an interest in continuous improvements

  • Good understanding of purchasing and planning processes, both practically and in ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus)

  • The ability to see how your purchasing decisions affect other parts of the business

You are a team player who quickly builds relationships and does not hesitate to ask questions or challenge when necessary. You are curious, engaged, and want to help shape the future ways of working in the Nordic region.

As we operate in an international environment, fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
