Customer Receptionist at Göta Engineer Regiment

As a Customer Receptionist, you play an important role in an authority that is growing. By supporting primarily technical managers in the organization with various maintenance needs, you become the spider in the web of an employer that encourages responsibility, development, and challenges at work. Main Responsibilities

As a customer receptionist, you will work with a variety of tasks, for example:

  • You will, together with several technical customer receptionists, manage the maintenance needs of the Swedish Armed Forces' internal customers to orders within and outside the Armed Forces, both nationally and internationally.
  • You will be involved in the planning, preparation, and reporting of maintenance production against the Armed Forces' workshops and inspection units as well as against civilian suppliers.
  • You will assist customers with troubleshooting and simpler corrective maintenance primarily regarding vehicle technology.
  • You will assess maintenance actions based on your technical expertise.
  • You will support inquiries and investigations regarding technical services.
  • You will receive and distribute materials to customers and represent them towards various maintenance suppliers.
  • You will book maintenance work at workshops and inspection units and plan transports to and from these.
  • You will assist with transports to workshops.

You will be a practical support for the other areas of activity of the customer reception, such as the garrison's car pool operations and the operation of our washing and maintenance facilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a focus on vehicle technology or equivalent knowledge that the employer assesses as equivalent.
  • Work experience from customer reception in vehicle-related activities, or in vehicle technology.
  • Driving license B.
  • Good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Meritorious

  • Driving licenses C, CE, and operator's license for wheel loader.
  • Experience with the Swedish Armed Forces.
  • Knowledge of/experience with the systems SAP/PRIO/LIFT.
