Description

We are looking for someone who is interested in a developing and flexible job.

The work requires that you have an interest in care along with a respectful approach to ensure that the individual’s needs are met.

Job Responsibilities

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has completed at least two semesters of the nursing program and wishes for a flexible and developing job. You have experience working in healthcare and have previously worked with tasks such as blood sampling, wound dressing, testing, and medication delegation from a nurse. It is advantageous if you have experience in home care, care and nursing homes, personal assistance, emergency care, inpatient care, or outpatient work. We also welcome nursing or medical students.

Qualifications

You have good initiative and communication skills and are good at thinking innovatively. You can work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with various professional roles, where the individual also has an active role. Your duties include social documentation and delegated tasks from nurses. Your introduction will be tailored to your individual needs, where you will receive all necessary training to help you and your colleagues achieve the organization's goals.

You have a driver's license and are used to driving. Since there may be pets and smoking in the workplace, you should not be allergic. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Personal suitability is highly valued.
