You will work on an established campaign that has engaged hundreds of thousands of companies for over 30 years in the effort to increase safety for children. About the position

As a salesperson with us, you will contact companies by phone during office hours and offer them the opportunity to participate in a valued traffic safety campaign. You will work from our office alongside the team, with close support, coaching, and clear structure.

Previous experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement - the most important thing is your willingness to develop and that you thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

Workplace: Alnö, Sundsvall

Working hours: Monday-Friday, daytime

Scope: 50-100 %

Job responsibilities

• Contact companies by phone
• Drive and complete the entire sales process
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Contribute to a project that enhances children's safety in everyday life

We are looking for someone who

• Has good communication skills and expresses themselves well in Swedish
• Is responsible, positive, and solution-oriented
• Is motivated by clear goals and the opportunity for good income
• Ideally has experience in telemarketing or a similar role

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have an interest in social benefit, child safety, or social engagement, or if you have previously worked on projects where sales are combined with a clear purpose.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work on-site at our office in Alnö

We offer a job in an office within a small and dedicated team where you will work closely with both colleagues and management. With us, you will receive an attractive commission model with no cap, generous commission levels of 10-20 percent, and a guaranteed salary. You will receive ongoing coaching and support in your work, quick feedback on results, and clear goals to work towards. The average salary starts from about 200 SEK per hour and upwards, depending on performance.
