Swedish Radio's mission is to broadcast radio in the public interest, and we have 7.4 million listeners each week. More than half of the population engages with our offerings in some form every day. Either through live linear radio or on-demand, via FM, on our own digital platforms, or with other providers. We offer credible knowledge, depth, companionship, and entertainment. Working at Swedish Radio means that you, regardless of your role, are a valuable part of an important mission.
Swedish Radio P4 is a nationwide radio channel and is our most listened-to channel by far. It is used by the 25 local radio stations across the country that broadcast regionally. We are the fast and present channel that starts from our listeners' everyday lives and simultaneously takes them across Sweden and the rest of the world. P4 produces large amounts of local content but is often also responsible for national productions that are broadcasted on P1, P2, P3, and P4. We also have an emergency mission that involves broadcasting important messages for the public, including follow-up information. On an average day, about 34% of Sweden's population listens to us.
We are now looking for a program host/live reporter for P4 Dalarna.

If you value the public service mission, want to be at the center of events, and can jump between different subjects – then you might be our new colleague!
We are fast and close to the audience.
In the role of program host, you will be in the studio conducting interviews, updating listeners on what is important and current. In the role of live reporter, you will be out in the entire county conducting both planned live interviews and capturing spontaneous encounters with people who might never have been heard on the radio otherwise. You enjoy being entertaining but are not afraid to ask uncomfortable questions. Your tasks will also include booking guests, writing scripts, and preparing for interviews.
