Veterankraft in Borlänge is looking for a coordinator who is passionate about sales!

Are you a structured and service-oriented person with a passion for creating long-term customer relationships and ensuring the right person is in the right place? We are now looking for a sales-oriented coordinator who wants to help drive the business within our local area. If this sounds interesting – read more below!

What does a Coordinator do?

In the role of Coordinator, you will become an important part of our team. You will work with sales, where you actively contribute to finding new assignments and developing customer relationships. You will closely collaborate with both customers and employees to ensure that customer needs are met in the best way by matching the right Veteran with the right assignment. Here you will have the opportunity to help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and create engagement among our employees! Your main tasks will therefore include:

  • Actively work to build the customer base through sales and business development

  • Build and expand the Veteran bank through recruitment and hiring

  • Conduct introductions and training for new Veterans

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers and match the right Veteran to assignments

  • Coordinate time reporting and other administrative tasks

  • Participate in events and arrangements such as veteran meetings and fairs

Who is our next Coordinator?

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a broad and fast-paced role where you have had the opportunity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, preferably in sales, recruitment, or staffing. You have good system skills and thrive in a role where phone contact with customers and employees is an important part of everyday life. Previous experience in RUT or ROT services is an advantage. To summarize, we see that you:

  • Have experience in sales and customer contact

  • Enjoy communicating via phone and building relationships

  • Have good system skills (CRM, Office suite, etc.)

  • Are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented

  • Are self-driven and results-oriented
