We are now looking for a Facility Manager for a consulting assignment with our client – one of Sweden's most high-tech industrial companies. The assignment is located in Tannefors, Linköping, and involves overall responsibility for the operation, management, and development of facilities in a mission-critical environment.

The role is central to ensuring an efficient, safe, and attractive working environment that supports the organization's long-term goals.

As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the client's property organization and be responsible for the daily operations as well as the continued development of the facilities at the site in Tannefors. The assignment combines technical property management, project management, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Operation and maintenance of facilities with a focus on technical management and FM contracts
  • Development of a functional and attractive working environment tailored to the needs of the organization
  • Coordination, follow-up, and quality assurance of external suppliers, contractors, and partners
  • Planning and execution of construction and renovation projects with responsibility for time, cost, and quality
  • Ongoing dialogue with internal clients and the organization to ensure effective, sustainable, and business-oriented solutions

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have:

  • Several years of relevant work experience in property operations, property management, contracting, or construction/installation
  • Documented experience in managing projects from start to finish
  • Good knowledge of work environment and construction legislation as well as industry regulations such as AFF, AB, and ABT
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license B
  • The ability to work independently, structured, and commercially in complex environments

It is an advantage if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in property management, property operations, or contracting
  • Previous experience in leadership and/or project management
  • Higher education in property management, construction, electrical engineering, or HVAC, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience
