About the position

As a janitor at Kinda Municipality, you will be a central part of our operations. You will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our properties in Kisa. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are always in top condition, making everyone who visits feel well taken care of. Your tasks are varied and include troubleshooting, maintenance, rounds, and simple repairs in electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems. You will plan and carry out ongoing maintenance measures and work closely with both colleagues and departments to solve practical issues.

Your main tasks:

• Troubleshooting and maintenance of properties
• Rounds and supervision
• Simple repairs in electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems
• Planning and implementation of ongoing maintenance measures
• Collaboration with departments and colleagues to solve practical issues
• Work both independently and in a team

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with training in property management or equivalent experience from the workforce. You should have experience in troubleshooting properties, while basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.
