In Linköping, Intea Garnisonen AB operates – a small team of seven people who together are responsible for the operation and development of a larger government area.

We are now looking for a property technician to join their team in Linköping. You will work in a security-classified environment with technically advanced systems. It is an environment that places high demands – but also offers much in terms of development, responsibility, and variety in work.

Job description

As a property technician at Intea, you will have a varied job that includes:

• Simple tasks such as changing light tubes, clearing drains, and adjusting doors
• More complex tasks such as troubleshooting and actions during downtime in larger technical systems (e.g., heating, ventilation)
• Participation in planned maintenance
• Daily contact with their tenants

This is a job where no day is the same – you need to be adaptable and enjoy solving problems. The longer you work with them, the more responsibility and advanced systems you will have the opportunity to work with.

No one hired at Intea Garnisonen is expected to know everything from the start. They offer a proper introduction, and thereafter your skills will be supplemented through training and support in daily work. We are looking for someone who

To succeed in the role, you need to have a technical education or equivalent experience – exact background is less important; what matters is that you have a strong technical interest and enjoy working with different types of technology. You are a handy practitioner who likes to solve problems.

It is also important that you have good communication skills and easily establish good contact with tenants and colleagues. You quickly handle changing situations and decisions while maintaining structure and focus in your work.

The role requires a combination of technical curiosity, practical skills, and responsibility – from managing advanced systems to tackling more everyday tasks.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Since you will have access to sensitive information in this position, you are required to undergo a security clearance before employment

• Experience or education in electrical engineering
