The Role
In the role of Quality Manager, you are the key person driving our quality work forward. You ensure that our routines and processes deliver the highest product quality to our customers. With responsibility for quality controls, deviation management, customer complaints, and ongoing improvements, you will be a central part of our operations.
You primarily report to our Operations Manager, but also act as support to the CEO on quality-related matters.
Your main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the company's quality work.
- Develop and implement processes that meet internal standards and external regulations.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Manage customer declarations, sustainability, and certifications.
- Ensure quality controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
- Document and review internal working methods.
- Create reports and summaries for the management team.
Who are you?
You are a communicative and solution-oriented person with a strong drive to develop and improve. Your ability to prioritize and take initiative makes you thrive in a role with many contact points.
You need to have at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. You have a relevant higher education corresponding to at least a bachelor's degree. You have solid experience and knowledge of working with quality management systems with a focus on continuous improvements.
Good knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001. High IT maturity, i.e., proficiency in Office 365, business systems, and other systems relevant to the role.
Additionally, you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
