Production/Quality Technician at TrioPerfekta AB

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for production and quality? We are now looking for a Production/Quality Technician who wants to contribute to our operations by driving improvements and ensuring high quality in our processes.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare production for new and modified articles.
• Perform pre-calculations and production follow-up.
• Drive improvement and investment projects.
• Ensure the availability of the right measuring and control equipment.
• Be responsible for maintenance systems and agreements.
• Develop and implement work and control instructions.
• Manage deviations and improvement work.

You are a key person who works closely with production and contributes to developing our processes in line with our quality and environmental goals.

We believe that you:

• Have the ability to troubleshoot, identify problems, and find effective solutions.
• Are communicative and collaborate well in teams, but can also lead and train colleagues.
• Have good computer skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are meticulous, analytical, and strive for continuous improvement.
• Have a B driver's license and an understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.

Experience with quality standards and certification systems such as ISO 9001 is a merit.
