Description

As a nurse or district nurse within home care, you are a central part of the team around our patients.

You work closely with various professional groups and with doctors at the health center. In your work, you meet patients in their home environment, where you make assessments and carry out health care measures with the aim of strengthening the individual's health and well-being. We also provide palliative care. In this role, you are responsible for independently assessing, planning, implementing, following up, and documenting interventions for individual patients. The work is both health-promoting and preventive and includes the use of quality registers. An important part of the mission is also to collaborate, lead, and delegate decided actions within the team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident and professional in their role as the work often involves independent work but also a lot of collaboration in various teams. You are flexible as the work can change quickly, requiring prioritization and structure. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Registered Nurse
