Working as an Intensive Care Nurse with us:

As an intensive care nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will have the opportunity to work at the burn center in Uppsala. You need to be confident in your professional role and have experience with: Cosmic, CRRT treatment, MetaVision, ventilator Servo U, and Braun syringe and infusion pumps.

Evening/night/weekend

Week 10-22

About you:

The work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary for you to feel sufficiently secure in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like you to have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us who work at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you as an Operations Consultant often belong to those in the workplace with the longest experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
