Fålhagen Health Center

Our 1800 employees work with close care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation, and we provide advice over the phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us as we adapt our offerings based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

Welcome to Fålhagen Health Center!

Fålhagen Health Center is located in the heart of Uppsala with about 30 dedicated and friendly employees who all work in a close and team-based manner with the patient in focus. One of our nurses will be going on parental leave, which is why we are now offering a full-time temporary position starting as soon as possible or by agreement until 2026-12-31.

Your mission

Your tasks include a varied job as a nurse at the health center, such as assessing/helping patients in phone consultations, via e-services, and in direct meetings in planned receptions with wound care and acute patients, among others. We work cross-professionally and have high availability for patients. We actively work to improve patient flows through triage and booking for all professions.

We are a small, tight team, and you as a nurse will have excellent support from both your nursing colleagues and all the doctors at the health center. For you who are an engaged, patient-oriented person, who enjoys teamwork and wants to try working at a health center, this is a perfect opportunity in a well-functioning unit.

Your competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous experience in primary care, Cosmic, phone consultations, and triage is considered an advantage. We believe you are mature and flexible in your work approach, enjoy taking overall responsibility, and have a strong desire to continuously develop the operations. Curiosity, creativity, and professionalism are qualities we value highly. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Our operations

Fålhagen Health Center is a forward-looking health center located in one of Uppsala's most attractive locations adjacent to the transport center. We are just over thirty employees responsible for about 10,500 registered patients. At the health center, all professions work together to provide the best possible care for the patient. With the motto “together for your health,” we strive to continuously develop our working methods to find effective solutions to patients' needs and create a good working environment.
