Take the chance, one of our team leaders is retiring, and we are now looking for someone to work in a shared role as a team leader for 40% and the remaining 60% as a dental nurse.

As a team leader with us, you are an important part of our daily operations. You work closely with both employees and the operations manager and become a central key person in creating structure, coordinating work, and ensuring that our processes function effectively. The role includes, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating the daily work at the clinic
• Following up on staffing, routines, and workflows.
• Actively contributing to developing work methods and participating in change work.
• Working closely with the operations manager and being a link between management and staff.
• Ensuring that patient focus and quality permeate everything we do.

We want you to be educated in the dental field. It is an advantage if you have leadership experience. We offer a permanent position within your dental profession with a fixed-term appointment as a team leader.
