The goal is to create more reliable facilities, reduce interruptions and unavailability for customers, create a better working environment for colleagues, and ensure long-term sustainability with improved profitability for the company.

Maintenance within Heating & Cooling at Jönköping Energi works on improvements to increase the technical availability of our facilities. This includes, for example, stop planning, spare parts optimization, and maintenance projects, all aimed at increasing availability. We also work with root cause analyses for continuous learning in the long term. We collaborate with facility owners, operations, process and project staff, as well as all our external contractors.

We contribute with specialist knowledge about our facilities and subsystems within Jönköping Energi.

We are now looking for someone who wants to join the maintenance team. We are currently a unit of 28 people and belong to the Heating and Cooling area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

·         Plan and prepare maintenance efforts, both large and small, and carry them out.

·         Implement and decide on improvement activities, prepare decision-making documents for investments, raise improvement proposals and needs within the Heating and Cooling area of responsibility.

·         Provide support to the business in areas where we have specialist competence or be a resource in larger projects, operational disturbances, or daily discussions.

·         Assist with competence development and training for employees, even within other units.

Qualifications

·         Maintenance education preferably with a focus on process industry, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical maintenance.

·         A few years of experience in similar work. Preferably with experience in electrical maintenance and/or process industry.

·         It is advantageous and positive if you have experience in project management.

·         Driver's license B.

·         Swedish in speech and writing, English is an advantage.
