Our headquarters is in Stockholm, and we also have operations in Växjö, Borås, and Marbäck. In total, we have around 200 employees in the group, of which about 140 work in Sweden.

About the position

As a service manager, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the work for our service and installation technicians in Sweden. Currently, the group consists of two people in Växjö and two people in Gothenburg who handle both installation and service tasks for our customers. The group is planned to grow in the near future.

In addition to leading the staff, it is your task to be involved in public procurements and to keep yourself updated on upcoming and ongoing projects where your group can perform work. The customers range from private individuals and private actors to municipalities and industries across the country, mainly in the areas where the technicians are currently stationed. The focus is primarily on water filtration facilities and bathing water facilities. As your group grows in size, you will also be active in other regions and possibly with other types of customers.

As a service manager, you have budget and result responsibility for your area and report to the company's COO. You will be based at Debe Flow Group's headquarters in Västberga, or alternatively from the facility in Växjö or Gothenburg. You will, of course, spend some time out with customers as well.

Your profile

- Experience in a similar role

- Experience in plumbing work; having a Safe Water industry certification is highly meritorious

- Experience in sales work and public procurements

- B driver's license

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
