About the position of Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager at Envac, you will be part of an unpretentious and competent team consisting of technicians and customer service representatives. In your role as Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing planning and coordination of work distribution for 26 of Envac's technicians. The complexity of assignments may vary, focusing on planned and emergency service, repairs, and inspection matters at customer sites. In coordination, you are also expected to consider the technicians' geographical locations, sick leave, vacation, and on-call times. To ensure quality delivery to customers, you will closely collaborate with customer service to confirm and follow up on work orders. Furthermore, you will compile and analyze reports for completed assignments and drive dialogue with Envac's subcontractors and customers to strengthen Envac's collaborations further. In this position, you will be located at Envac's modern office in Sickla, with some opportunity to work from home as needed. Working hours are between 07:00 and 16:00. You will also have the opportunity to work on-call as needed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage, and plan the work distribution for a group of Envac's technicians, including on-call, vacation, sick leave, and geographical placement.
• Collaborate closely with Envac's customer service to follow up and confirm work orders.
• Compile and analyze reports for completed assignments and drive dialogue with Envac's subcontractors and customers to further strengthen Envac's collaborations.

About you
We are looking for someone with a technical background and at least three years of experience as an Operations Manager, Service Coordinator, or another comparable role. You are used to driving communication with various functions and have good experience in coordinating in a varied and flexible work environment. Furthermore, we are looking for someone with good system skills, a valid driver's license (B), and fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, we seek someone who is confident in the role of Operations Manager and possesses a strong work ethic. Order and structure are highly valued by you, while you gain energy from solving problems in challenging situations. To succeed in this role, you need to be a communicative team player who prioritizes the team's best interests and always puts the customer first. Important for the position:

• Technical background and at least three years of experience as an Operations Manager or another comparable position.

• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• Being a communicative team player who appreciates structure, long-term relationships, and problem-solving.
