“As an electrician, you will work with all kinds of troubleshooting of our electrical installations and repairs in our properties. You will work independently, plan your daily tasks, and order materials. Additionally, you will report regularly to your immediate supervisor. Responsibilities and Duties

In our maintenance unit, we have all our craftsmen and project leaders who work with the maintenance of our tenants' homes. Right now, we are looking for a self-driven electrician who can take their own initiatives. With us, you will have a customer-facing role, so it is important that you are service-oriented and enjoy customer interactions. We believe you are interested in new technology and like to keep yourself updated in the field. We believe you are a collaborative person with a structured work approach and have a natural ability to create order and efficiency in your work.

Our Wishlist

We are looking for someone with a high school education or equivalent and six years of experience in the electrical profession. Among your skills, you need to be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical installations as well as work independently and in a team. As a person, you are focused and eager to learn new things.

You need to have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written.

Bonus Points

We do not expect you to know everything, but if you have experience in one or more of the following, it is a plus: B-authorization, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
