Within the Care and Support Administration, we have full-time as the norm. This means that all permanent employees essentially have a full-time position. More information about what this means for this position will be provided during a potential interview. Exempt from full-time as the norm are personal assistants.

Fålhagen and Innerstaden Home Care
Fålhagen and Innerstaden home care is based at Kungsgatan 41 in Uppsala. Here we work together to help and support our users according to their individual needs. With us, you will become part of a competent workgroup where you have the opportunity to learn and develop.
We work according to the framework-time model where the goal is high quality and continuity for users, more flexibility, and a better working environment. We place great emphasis on quality work. The operation applies a six-week schedule with shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.
Your Tasks
As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have varied tasks. You have an important role in direct contact with our users where you provide personal care and service efforts that make a difference in their daily lives. You work every day to provide good care with great consideration for the user's individual needs. You also perform tasks delegated by licensed personnel and document according to the Social Services Act. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operation and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have specialist nursing assistant training or experience working in home care. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to cycle in all weather. The job also requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
As a person, you see opportunities in changes and easily adapt to changing circumstances. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. Furthermore, you take initiative and start activities to achieve results. Last but not least, you have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation without taking over the person's feelings.
Requirements:
- trained nursing assistant
- ability to cycle in all weather
- good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form
Desirable:
- specialist nursing assistant training
- experience working in home care
