Job Responsibilities

At Posti Logistics Staffing, we are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable warehouse manager for one of our clients in Linköping.

In the role of warehouse manager at our client, you will have a central function in the daily warehouse operations. You are responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently and in an organized manner, while also being operational in the daily work. The role involves driving forklifts (mainly counterbalance), managing incoming and outgoing deliveries, and maintaining ongoing contact with drivers, customers, and internal functions. You will also work with administration in digital warehouse and business systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse
Planning, prioritizing, and following up on incoming and outgoing deliveries
Driving forklifts, primarily counterbalance forklifts
Being the contact person for drivers upon arrival and departure
Maintaining ongoing contact with customers via phone and email
Working with warehouse administration, order management, and registration in warehouse and business systems

Your Profile

To fit the role of warehouse manager at our client, we are looking for someone with previous experience in a responsible role and who thrives in an active and varied everyday environment where you take significant responsibility for the daily operations of the warehouse. You also have experience in warehouse work and forklift driving and feel confident in planning, prioritizing, and ensuring that work flows efficiently.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills, while also being comfortable taking initiative and acting as a natural contact person in the warehouse environment. You contribute with a positive attitude and work towards good order and quality in daily tasks.

Experience with warehouse and business systems is a requirement, and if you have previously worked with Ongoing, it is an advantage.
