Svensk Plaståtervinning has built the world's largest and most efficient plastic recycling facility in Motala. Their vision is to use fully automated technology to sort different types of plastic with maximum precision and the highest quality, thus ensuring that as much as possible can be used for new plastic products.
Plastic is a fantastic material with unique properties that make our modern society possible in many ways. Now there are the conditions to fully utilize the value of plastic as a recycled raw material, and this is where Svensk Plaståtervinning focuses today together with its employees.
Now, Svensk Plaståtervinning needs engaged summer substitutes who want to work in the world's largest recycling facility for plastic packaging while their employees take well-deserved vacations.
Your Responsibilities
As a summer substitute at Svensk Plaståtervinning, you play an important role in ensuring that the sorting of plastic packaging runs smoothly. The role includes operating a counterbalance forklift, loading and unloading trucks, stacking bales in the warehouse, and working in the fully automated sorting area with basic maintenance and cleaning of the sorting facility.
As a summer substitute at Svensk Plaståtervinning, you will work two shifts during the facility's summer period, which runs from early June to the end of August.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who can work the entire summer period at Svensk Plaståtervinning and who meets the following qualifications:
- Valid forklift license with category B1. Alternatively, you are willing to obtain a forklift license with category B1 before starting.
- Technical interest
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
Meritorious:
- Driver's card for trucks, aerial lifts, or wheel loader license
- Previous experience in industrial work and machinery familiarity
- Forklift experience and maintenance experience of forklifts
- Experience with basic tasks in MPS/MRP systems
