At Södra's sawmill and other wood processing facilities, we transform our members' raw materials into wood products sold worldwide. Within Södra Wood, we constantly find new evidence that wood as a material offers almost endless possibilities. Additionally, we make the entire customer journey as simple as possible with building systems for the entire construction process, precisely cut products, logistics solutions, digital services, and much more.

We need to strengthen our team during the summer period and are now looking for someone with forklift licenses A + B.

As a summer temp at our sawmill in Kinda, you will have the opportunity to operate a forklift and handle timber packages by picking loads and unloading trucks. You will also assist with other tasks that arise at the sawmill as needed.

We are looking for someone who can work weeks 24-34. Initially, you will have the opportunity for an introduction to feel comfortable in the role. You will work shifts, which means you should not have issues working irregular hours.

The most important thing for us is that you are a positive person with the attitude to learn new things. You enjoy working in a team and have good collaboration skills, but you also have the ability to work independently. Since both the work environment and safety are important issues for us, we also require that you are safety-conscious and understand the importance of following rules and routines. In addition to the above, we expect you to:

• Have forklift licenses A+B

• Be 18 years old by the start of the summer job in June

• Have language skills in Swedish from a safety perspective
