We need to strengthen our team and are looking for a terminal worker with team leader responsibilities for our warehouse in Norrköping. As a team leader, you will be part of the daily production, lead part of the operations, and develop both employees and the business towards established goals.

In the role of team leader, your most important task is to motivate employees to achieve our goals, support them in their development, and ensure that work is carried out according to established routines and customer agreements to drive daily production. Your responsibility is to plan and prioritize based on orders and delivery schedules for your area of responsibility in consultation with the Supervisor. You will have a knowledgeable team to manage in the best possible way. You will work closely with other leaders in the warehouse.

As a Terminal Worker with team leader responsibilities, you will support your team in their daily tasks, which include picking goods according to orders, packing goods, replenishment, forklift driving, returns handling, and intake and output of goods. You will report to the Supervisor for the assignment in the relevant department.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can communicate instructions and knowledge in Swedish both verbally and in writing
  • Has a high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Has professional experience in production and/or logistics and warehousing
  • Has previous leadership experience
  • Is computer literate in the Office suite
  • Has a forklift license with A1-A4 & B1-B3 qualifications
  • Is comfortable working varying hours

About You

You have good leadership and problem-solving skills, are good at communicating verbally, and are passionate about leadership and enjoy having responsibility. You are proactive in developing processes and following policies, guidelines, and routines, where you follow up and take corrective and preventive actions as needed to avoid deviations.

You have a strong commitment and good collaboration skills and a good work ethic that you use to help the group collectively achieve their goals, contributing to a positive work environment. You are independent, meticulous, structured, and used to prioritizing tasks with a social ability. Clarity and good communication are a big part of your daily life. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.

We Deliver

Employment is according to the Transport Agreement with a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Salary is according to collective agreement and start date is by agreement. For this position, an extract from the criminal record is required according to Section 1 of the Act (1998:620) on criminal records, as the work involves handling security-classified assignments and customers' valuable or sensitive goods. The extract must be presented before employment begins.
