The Assignment

We are now looking for a dedicated and versatile warehouse manager for our client in Linköping – a smaller, family-oriented company where the tasks are both varied and independent. Here, you will work closely with the owner, have significant responsibilities, and be an important part of the daily operations. You will start as a temporary employee through us at Libera, with the possibility of a permanent position with the client after an initial period.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys being involved in the daily operations with increased responsibilities. You like to work practically and juggle many tasks at once.

Experience in warehouse work and forklift driving, primarily counterbalance, is a requirement. You have good social skills, are accustomed to customer contact, and communicate fluently in Swedish – both spoken and written, as well as having basic knowledge of English.

The role requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to adapt to a varied and dynamic work environment.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse
• Operate the forklift and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Receive truck drivers and handle unloading and loading
• Maintain customer contact via phone and email
• Work with handheld devices and administrative computer systems
• Lead and distribute tasks

Desirable Experience:

• Personnel responsibility
• Work leadership
• Ongoing or similar WMS systems

Working Hours: Monday-Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with some flexibility as needed

Location: Linköping

Start: Immediately
