Ekmans Maskin AB is looking for an engaged warehouse and property manager who wants to help drive Ekmans Maskin AB forward. In the role of warehouse and property manager, you will be responsible for the warehouse of forklifts and the maintenance of the property.

Main tasks and responsibilities

· Responsible for the forklift warehouse, keeping it organized and tidy

· Loading and unloading of forklifts.

· Property maintenance regarding minor property repairs.

· Responsible for the cars and forklifts used in the workshop.

· Charging of forklifts

Formal requirements

We are looking for someone with work experience in warehouse work or similar and who has good experience in driving forklifts. A B driver's license is also a requirement.

We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has good collaboration and initiative skills. Since we are a small workplace, we help each other a lot, but you will have the main responsibility for the warehouse and all related handling, so it is very important that you are self-driven and have a sense of order and tidiness.

Your work experience is important, but we place just as much emphasis on your personality. You are structured, disciplined, efficient, can prioritize your tasks, and are a team player.

Familiarity with computers as a working tool is a prerequisite.

Ekmans Maskin AB sells, rents out, and services forklifts. Most of the forklifts are used and refurbished, in all sizes and models. The company currently has 30 employees and is a subsidiary of Toyota Material Handling Sweden AB.
