Goods Receiver for Saab in Gothenburg

Uniflex is now looking for a goods receiver for a consulting assignment at Saab in Gothenburg. In this recruitment process, a background check in the criminal and debt register will be conducted prior to potential employment, in accordance with the client's requirements.

About the position

As a goods receiver at Saab, you will be responsible for handling incoming materials from suppliers and ensuring that everything is received, unloaded, and registered according to applicable processes.

The work is practical and operational, where unloading is done with a counterbalance forklift. You will also work with deviations, simpler investigations, and problem-solving in close collaboration with purchasing. The role involves daily contact with both purchasing and planning, which requires good communication skills and a structured approach to work.

Your main tasks

As a goods receiver at SAAB, you will have a varied workday with several exciting and responsible tasks. Your main tasks include:

Forklift driving (counterbalance)
Unloading and registering incoming materials
Handling incoming goods according to established routines
Participation in supplier deviations and simpler investigations
Daily dialogue with purchasing and planning regarding deliveries and deviations

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience or interest in goods reception and material handling
Good collaboration skills and social competence
Ability to work independently and prioritize under high pressure
Possession of a forklift license (A1-A4 and B1-B4).

Meritorious:

Experience in deviation handling
Knowledge of the IFS business system
Experience from the manufacturing industry
Experience in chemical handling
