Welcome to Cramers Blommor – a family business that started in 1959. In Hillared, you will find their garden center. They offer a complete range of flowers, garden plants, cut flowers, garden accessories, tools, urns, and other items for home & garden. They are open every day of the week. In addition to their garden center, they also operate e-commerce.

For the 2026 season, Cramers Blommor is looking for skilled employees with a passion for plants to support their e-commerce operations, based at their garden center in Hillared, 20 km south of Borås.

Together with your colleagues, you will pick and pack plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, and other accessory assortments. You will be working outdoors in all kinds of weather, so comfort in being outside in any conditions is essential. General maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and assisting other departments are included in your responsibilities. Physically demanding lifting may occur.

For you, being punctual, meeting deadlines, and working efficiently is a given. If you have experience and are driven by working towards set goals, that is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is social, positive, and has a knack for collaboration. We place great importance on personal suitability.

It is a significant advantage if you have previous experience in e-commerce or warehouse work. We are looking for someone who is interested in gardening and possesses knowledge about garden plants.

Cramers' customers expect top-level service, which requires you to be attentive, creative, and communicative in Swedish, both spoken and written. You understand the importance of putting the customer first and ensuring that everyone encounters an organized and well-maintained store. Cramers operates seasonally, so applicants should be available to work throughout the summer.

A valid B driver's license and a personal vehicle are required, as public transport may not align with work hours.

Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, but evenings and weekends may occur.
