Main Responsibilities

We are now looking for drivers with CE certification for our operations in Hisings Backa. Are you ready for a role as a CE Driver that is both fast-paced and varied? A role where you can combine your passion with working independently on the roads while also working according to fixed schedules that allow you to plan your free time with family, friends, and interests? As a Driver at Dagab, you ensure that our stores receive their groceries on time and that about 2.5 million people have access to good food and fair prices. The transports mainly take place in Western Sweden, from Svinesund in the north to Malmö in the south and Skaraborg in the east. The daily tasks include much more than just transporting goods to customers as you also work with loading and unloading of goods and empty containers, providing service to our customers in the stores, vehicle maintenance and inspections, as well as ongoing communication with management and the transport office.

For you, punctuality (ensuring deliveries reach customers on time), quality (handling goods and vehicles safely), and environmental awareness (driving economically and sustainably) are obvious reasons for feeling professional pride as a Driver. As Dagab's ambassador and face towards the customer, you are always attentive, helpful, and willing to quickly adapt to the store's demands and needs. You have learned how important it is to always learn new things and be humble towards others' knowledge, and you know that an independent role with much freedom also places high demands on personal responsibility where you always prioritize safety and delivery.

Scope: Three permanent full-time positions starting with a 6-month probationary period.

Start Date: By agreement.

Working Hours: Working hours vary depending on the position and may include day, evening, and night shifts.

Salary: Fixed salary according to collective agreements, driver supplements, and overtime pay.
